About this item
Advertisement, 20 July 1927. A full page in the programme of the Bexhill Pageant, set in blackletter and opening "To Bexhill-on-Sea. Many Happy Returns of the Day". It advertises the Bexhill Psychic Studio Book Store at 16 Marina Arcade, next door to the Princes Cafe. Set around a black five pointed star within a ring are the words auric readings, lending library, research studies, clairvoyance and psychometry. Below, a special season visit of London's celebrated Crystal Seer is announced, with clairvoyance daily and appointments by telephone. Cigarettes and tobacco are offered at the foot of the page. This was a general local programme, not an esoteric publication.

Shown in UNSEEN: The Alex Sanders Archive at Bexhill Museum, Part One, The Town That Was Already Listening (9 August 2026), presented by Julian Porter of Bexhill Museum and hosted by Sharon Day for Alexandrian Witchcraft.
