Maxine the witch weds ‘High Priest’ in house Blonde, 18-year-old witch Maxine Morris was married yesterday. Her bridegroom was Alex Sanders, 39, a “high priest” of the witch cult. The ceremony was held in the lounge of the home of another witch in Didsbury, Manchester. Afterwards, Mr. Sanders, of Edgerton Road North, Chorlton, said: “Maxine and I are very much in love. “The Witchcraft handfasting is the oldest wedding ceremony in the world - far older than any church wedding.
