The Bexhill Observer photographic box marked 'Witches'

Photograph. A shallow black box with a yellow lid, the lid marked WITCHES in felt tip with an arrow drawn in from either side, standing open on a table at Bexhill Museum. Inside are loose black and white prints and cuttings. The uppermost print, lying on its side, shows a man in a light shirt outdoors holding a cord, with a ring of bound twigs beside his hand. The box came to the museum from the Bexhill Observers photographic archive by way of the papers senior reporter. Most of the 1970s and 1980s prints in this archive were kept in it.
