Bexhill Observer, 29 June 1974. The personal column of the classified pages. Between a notice about the hospital garden party, an advertisement for a denture service and a publisher inviting manuscripts, an unexplained advertisement begins 'OCCIDENDTAL' and then runs through a sequence of words of power, three grade names, and the four quarters with a divine name given for each. It closes by asking the reader to reply to a box number at the Bexhill Observer. The paper printed it among the ordinary small advertisements without comment.
