About this item

Photograph, 1987. Black and white view of the seafront front of the De La Warr Pavilion from Marina, with the glazed south staircase tower, the building's name in raised letters, a Renault 4 and other cars in the forecourt and a poster for Bexhill Light Operatic and Dramatic Society's 'My Fair Lady'. The museum lists it as 'De La Warr Pavilion 1987. Opposite 17 Marina where Alex lived'. The view is close to that from Sanders' window at No. 17 Marina, opposite; item 164 shows the building from the Pavilion's car park. Bexhill Museum item 163. Bexhill Museum collection.
