(10) 18 The Leader then says. "All here gathered will now breathe in the Seven Holy Breaths for each blessed Element. breathe in unison deeply through the nose, first the Strength and Power inherent in the blessed Element Air. You will feel its power swell within your body with each successive breathe. Feel the clean, rising power of Air fill your body. You feel your whole being vibrate with each breath, and with each exhalation you will feel all negative thoughts leave your body. Now all here gathered close your eyes and breathe deeply, in unison, remembering these words". The group then closes their eyes and breathe in unison. As the Leader counts the breathes (each breath in should take five seconds and each exhalation five seconds) Then after the count of seven, the Leader says, "Now retained within you as A -------- disciples, the immeasurable force of the Element Air. The power is magnified many times by the combined strength of your imaginative will. We shall now assimilate in the same manner, the positive power of the Element Earth." Then the Leader describes this power as permeating each members being, using the same explanation as was used for the Air Element only in the case of Earth the feeling that should be generated is one of profound heaviness, and gravity magnified as before, by the group strongly imagining this force as permeating their bodies. The Seven Breaths are then repeated, with the Leader again counting. This same method of mental assimilation is carried through all the elements. (In this order:)
