(11) 1416 1. AIR. 2. EARTH. 3. WATER. 4. FIRE. Concentrating on the respective feature of each element, stressing sublime coolness for water, and surging warmth for fire. After all twenty eight breaths are completed, the Leader says, "We shall all soon move quickly in a counter-clockwise direction within this Holy Circle of Power. While moving in this manner, we will use the limitless power of our imagination enforced by the strongest energy of our combined will to picture the elemental forces which we have assimilated within us as being released or violently flung from our bodies. As we whirl faster and faster inside this Circle we will all picture this combined elemental energy as swirling a tornado of creative and positive power roaring with incredible speed within the centre of this Circle. While dancing with increasing speed, we will all chant in unison, "Yod, He, Vau, He, Blessed Be." "In this manner the forces are released from us into the Circle's centre. Then when I intone the word "A——————," we will all quickly drop to the floor and rest, knowing that this sacred word sends the Cone of Power into the Akashic streams and on its way to achieve the result which we wish to accomplish. Now let us begin." The Leader then starts moving counter-clockwise, slowly at first, and gradually. Notes: "Yod, He, Vau, He" is a phonetic rendering of the Tetragrammaton (YHVH), the Hebrew name of God — a standard element in Qabalistic and ceremonial magic ritual. "Cone of Power" is an established term in Wiccan ritual practice, referring to the collective psychic/magical energy raised by a group during a rite. "Akashic streams" likely refers to the "Akashic Records," a term from Theosophical and occult tradition describing a universal record of events. The four-element invocation (Air, Earth, Water, Fire) and counter-clockwise circle movement are consistent with standard structure in Wiccan/ceremonial ritual more broadly, not unique to this document. .. Authorship note: This document has no personal narrative voice to assess (instructional, informational, or too brief) - authorship determination not applicable.
