Photograph, 23 April 1975. Photographic print from the Bexhill Observer's coverage of the ceremony reported on 26 April 1975. Alex Sanders, kneeling in a striped robe, raises a goblet while Betty Britton, standing in a shimmering robe, lowers a dagger into it. Behind them is the altar with candles, an open book and a draped mannequin head, and on the wall a painting of birds. The museum lists the print as 'Alex Sanders and Betty Britton'. It corresponds to the second picture in the paper's printed sequence, 'the high priestess dips the dagger into the goblet of wine'.
