Transcript
Dear Alex.
Love to you on your birthday from all of us here. Gill and I are together finally and totally fulfilled emotionally, spiritually, and (of course!) sexually. It's just as well that we can unite in so many ways - lots of annoyances come up every day as we attempt to tie up the loose ends of our former lives.
Proty is being completely nuts, and his credibility is stretched to the limit as his overactive imagination comes up with various reasons why Gill should not get a penny either now or at any time in the future.
I went this evening to try and get some more of my things from my former home - the upshot of which was Julia attempting to hit me around the head and screaming that I was "treacherous." Her main concern is that I sign over the savings to her and admit that my possessions are worth a lot more than hers. But for the opening I might have broken down completely, as I was feeling insufferably depressed by the whole thing, as I was still hoping for an amicable agreement over everything. I can only wait and see what will happen over the next few months, but it may be harder in some ways for us than ever before while we're waiting for the courts to crawl into action. With a few psychic attacks winging their way here from Proty and Julia, we've got our work cut out.
Some good news - Gill has already shown first signs of mediumship when she established a link with Nicky, and we got some idea of the torment he's going through while Proty plays emotional power politics with him.
Trust Gill to get it right first time! Hope you like the patent dick warmer - it should tickle your fancy, but we hope you can rise to the occasion.
Lots of love,
Blessed be
Dave x
Notes:
- This letter documents a personal/relationship conflict involving the writer (Dave), his new partner Gill, and their respective former partners "Proty" and Julia, set against a backdrop of a legal/financial separation ("waiting for the courts to crawl into action").
- References Gill's early experiences with mediumship, connecting to another person named "Nicky."
Authorship note:
This is a straightforward, single-author personal letter, signed and closed by a named individual, "Dave." No diarist framing or mixed voice present.
