(7) 15 Then the Leader makes the Banishing Sign of Water like this with the lit candle. And during this says, "With this Sign I banish thee foul shades of the West- let this Realm be freed from your evil influence". Then in the same position the Invoking Sign of the Water Element in this manner. While performing this, the Leader says. "With this Sign I Invoke thee O --------- Lord of the West, ___________ your obedient servant and King of the Realm of undines - bless ye this circle and aid its holy Consecration. The Leader then turns counter-clockwise and returns to the Altar. he picks up the Sacred Light within its holder from the South side of the Pentagram turning counter- clockwise until facing South. Leader then proceeds toward South and stops just inside the Circle at the Southern Quarter. Raising the two candles, lowers them and ignites the Sacred Light and makes the Banishing Sign of the Pentagram with the first candle saying as he does.
