Dear Alex,
I thought I'd drop you a line and say hi. I wrote to you nearly one year ago concerning a Soul Mate.
At the moment, I am not too sure — I have met a man. He is very nice, separated, Irish, divorce style with two children. I won't push him, as he is more latent than anything else.
So I've left it in the hands of the gods. Even if it does not work out the way I'd like it, I think we still could be friends.
So basically, why I'm writing is to say I have not forgotten you and the coven you worked with on this matter. "THANK YOU ALL"
I am enclosing a tape on Irish music. I hope you like it.
So I better sign off for the moment.
Wishing you, Alex, and all your friends on earth Wealth, Strength, Joy and Peace and that fulfilment of love which is perfect Happiness.
Richard J. Redmond
Notes:
- Richard Redmond had previously written to Alex about a "Soul Mate" request roughly a year before this letter, and this follow-up thanks Alex and his coven for their work on the matter.
Authorship note:
Straightforward single-author personal letter, signed and dated by a named individual, Richard J. Redmond. No diarist framing or mixed voice present.
