31 26th November 1977 1.00 A.M. Spirit talking through Les. Red seal is important, it has connection with the eagle. Green is right for the time and place. Blue is truth forever. Love is with you. The above refers to the fact that Les is my son of a past life referred to earlier in this book. This Friday evening the Watchers met, but Don Paul had unwisely got himself barred from the Tudor Bar. Alex and myself were later met by Jenny and Les. We returned to the Bell and after closing proceeded to the temple where the above took place.
