Friday 2nd Dec 1977.
A funny day, as I had taken the day off work, due to being depressed because Jenni had not arrived as predicted by Don. He had said Thursday was the most probable day for her to meet me. I guess I took a wrong turning somewhere and missed her by seconds in time.
In the evening we watchers met at the Tudor Bar, except for Don Paul, who is still barred and refuses to apologise to the manageress.
Before I write more on the weekend, I shall copy the notes written during the week relevant to my work. I hope they are in the correct order for presentation.
The first is of a diagram following
Tuesday 29/11/77, 1.20 AM.
Circles are black, background is green, all triangle lines are red.
Sun centre is blue with purple lines.
The number is created on the principles of eight.
Its power name is Cresta. It can be used if made in harmony, to be placed in the presence of people who are mentally ill.
It should be made in a gnomen of 64. That is eight by eight squares.
Cresta is Topaz.
Notes:
"Gnomen" is spelled exactly as written in the original (not "nomen"). A related spelling, "nomen," appears in mow2373i1.jpg, but the two pages have not been confirmed as using identical terminology, so each is transcribed as independently read.
An 8x8 magic square (64 squares) is consistent with real ceremonial-magic practice, where magic squares of specific sizes are traditionally associated with different planets — similar to the 5x5 and 3x3 squares described in mow2373i1.jpg.
Authorship note:
This document is narrated by an unnamed diarist describing Alex from the outside. Per UK copyright convention, the diarist would likely be considered the author of this document.
