Transcript

The next information was recorded in the dark, and is very brief, as I could not write, nor could I hear clearly. My head was pounding with a severe headache. No. 1 My name is Lang The Bell of Heaven Will I hear, if they are brought to me. My colour is grey. I was annoyed for missing this spirit, but tiredness and the severe headache, to which I still have on Tuesday 29th Nov 1977, made it impossible to do so. When I phoned Alex today, he said he had more sigils for me. It has to do with the curing of mental health. I will see them Friday evening. Authorship note: This document mixes the diarist's own words with Alex speaking/channelling directly. It's not always clear which parts count as 'written by' the diarist versus 'said by' Alex.
